Allan graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy and later completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Allan has previously toured with the Wellington Phoenix football team and several NZ age group representative teams. Allan really enjoys his work with young footballers, having gone through the age group rep teams himself as well as representing New Zealand as an All White. Allan has a particular interest in sports injuries and working to restore faulty body movement patterns that may result in injury.

Aimee graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, receiving the M.L Robert’s Publication Grant and the ASICS first place prize for her research on Progressive Loading of the Hamstrings. She enjoys using a holistic approach and exercise based rehabilitation, including Pilates, to help people achieve their rehab goals. Aimee has a broad interest in sports, representing New Zealand in Indoor Netball. She also enjoys spending time on the beach, playing touch rugby and going for runs.

She has a background in administration work at a physiotherapy clinic, competitive dancing and grew up in Nashville TN, USA. Kate has an interest in personalized rehabilitation through manual therapy, dry needling and exercise-based rehabilitation as well as integrating Pilates into patient recovery. In her spare time, Kate enjoys attending gym classes and exploring New Zealand with friends.

Tom (Jinglin) graduated from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2013 completing both his Bachelors and Masters degree and is also currently undertaking his PhD. He has previously worked in large hospitals in China, and has since worked in NZ for the past 5 years in both clinic and private practices. He treats a wide range of acute and chronic muskuloskeletal injures and internal disorders such as allergies, mental health and digestive issues.
Tom is very passionate about helping patients get back to their every day activities whilst spreading the strong health and therapeutic benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Tom is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Georgie graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from AUT. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work closely with the Westlake Boys High School Premier Football Team, providing support to the medical team for two consecutive seasons. This experience sparked her strong interest in sports-based Physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation. Since 2023, Georgie has also been a Reformer Pilates instructor at Dynamic Physio. She continues to refine her expertise in Pilates, integrating it into her rehabilitation strategies to offer a holistic approach to recovery and wellness. With a background in netball, rugby, and surface water sports, Georgie has a personal understanding of the demands athletes face. Outside of work, she remains dedicated to her own fitness goals, taking time to explore New Zealand’s beautiful landscapes or enjoying time out on the water.

Beyond his professional realm, Jared is an enthusiastic spearfisherman and freediver, finding solace and passion in these pursuits. Mornings, you will often find him at the gym, furthering his commitment to personal fitness.

Balancing his roles, Jared is a devoted father of two. This parental responsibility provides him with a unique understanding of life’s pressures and their impact on health and recovery. He believes this empathy enriches his approach as a therapist, enabling him to connect more deeply with his clients’ experiences.

Leah holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from Auckland University of Technology (AUT). During her studies, she gained valuable experience working with the East Coast Bays and North Harbour U85kg rugby teams, which sparked her passion for sports-focused physiotherapy. Her university placements also developed a strong interest in working with children and adolescents. Alongside her physiotherapy, Leah has spent the past six years as a swim instructor and supervisor, giving her a strong understanding of working with young people, and movement in aquatic environments. Outside the clinic, Leah enjoys staying active through ocean swim events, gym training, and social sports, while also unwinding at the beach and baking.

James graduated from the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine with a Bachelor of Health Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He is registered with Acupuncture New Zealand and the New Zealand Chinese Medicine Council. James has a specific interest in musculoskeletal acupuncture and stress related conditions such as poor sleep, gastro-intestinal, anxiety, and weight management. James is involved with North Harbour Hockey, treating and supporting athletes through their injuries and rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping people to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle by integrating a holistic approach, identifying and treating the root cause of injuries and disorders. Alongside his commitments at Dynamic Physio, he is part of the Professional Conduct Committee with NZ Chinese Medical Council and lectures at the NZ School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. James is fluent in English and Korean.

Greta graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. During her studies, Greta assisted the medical team at Auckland’s Varsity Rugby Club as a physiotherapy student for the U21 and Premier Development teams. After experiencing her own rehabilitation journey following an ACL reconstruction, Greta has developed a keen interest in exercise based rehabilitation. In particular, helping others create and achieve their personal goals and return to pre-injury function. Greta enjoys spending her spare time going to group fitness and pilates classes. Participation in these activities has inspired her to extend her scope of practice and work towards integrating pilates into physiotherapy treatment where applicable.

Originally from the Kapiti Coast, James is an NZ-trained physio with 13 years’ experience within private practice and community settings. James enjoys helping people stay connected to the activities they care about whether that’s pounding the pavement, surfing, or walking the doggo after work without pain. His style is participation-led, practical, and people-focused. He has a special interest in dry needling, return to sport testing, and strength and conditioning. In his spare time, you’ll find him heading up the coast in the camper or at various crags and climbing gyms as a go-to provider for climbing rehab in Auckland.

Johnny is an Irish physiotherapist that graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland with a Master’s degree in physiotherapy. He previously completed a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy and Rehabilitation in Athlone, Ireland. He has a strong background working with elite sports teams and athletes of all levels. He is passionate about using evidence-based practices to help individuals recover from injuries and return to peak performance. Johnny has a keen interest in the rehabilitation of sports injuries such as ACL and hamstring injuries, as well as running specific rehabilitation and performance enhancement. He takes pride in guiding clients through tailored rehabilitation plans that address both the physical and mental challenges of injury while also aiming to help the individual return stronger and more resilient than they were prior to their injury. Outside of the clinic, he is an avid runner and gym goer, an experience that has fueled his interest in helping runners and athletes achieve their goals.
