Services at our Mairangi Bay clinic

Physiotherapy

Assessment and treatment for sports injuries, back and neck pain, joint and tendon problems, and rehabilitation after surgery. Treatment combines hands-on therapy, a tailored exercise programme and clear advice, with dry needling and strapping available where they help.

Shockwave therapy

Shockwave therapy is available at our Mairangi Bay clinic. It is most often used for persistent tendon and soft tissue problems such as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, Achilles and patellar tendinopathy, and calcific shoulder tendinopathy. It works best alongside a rehabilitation exercise plan, and your physio will assess you first to check it is the right option.

1-on-1 Pilates

Private reformer and mat Pilates sessions, built around your body and goals. 1-on-1 Pilates can be part of your physiotherapy treatment, including ACC-funded rehabilitation. Small-group reformer classes run at our Milford clinic.
