Jared is a physiotherapist at our Milford clinic and graduated from AUT with a bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy. Before physio he built wide experience in personal training and group fitness, with a focus on strength and conditioning.

He is a devoted father of two, which gives him a real understanding of life’s pressures and how they affect health and recovery. That empathy shapes how he works with every client.

Who Jared helps

You will often find Jared at the gym in the mornings, and outside work he is a keen spearfisherman and freediver. He commonly helps with:

What to expect at your first appointment

Jared will ask about your injury, your activities and your goals, then assess how you move. You will get a clear explanation of what is going on, treatment in the same session, and an exercise plan to follow between appointments.

Do I need a referral to see Jared?

No. You can book directly online or by calling our Milford clinic on 09 869 6997. If your injury was caused by an accident, Jared can lodge your ACC claim at your first appointment.

Where does Jared work?

Jared works at our Milford clinic at 215 Shakespeare Road, which has onsite parking, plus free parking at Smales Farm through ParkMate at busy times (just give reception your car registration).
